Product Story
We began Chota as a customer-inquiry automation hypothesis and tested it through a prototype. On March 19, 2026, it won the Best Business Idea category.

The official publications record the competition result and Nikita Ogorodni's participation. We use this as evidence of a development milestone, not as a promise of a specific performance result for every business.
The result matters to Chota's history because the idea went through external discussion. It does not replace testing the product against the data and processes of a specific company.
As the project developed, we narrowed the focus from universal AI to a platform built around messages, leads, booking, knowledge materials, and structured handoff into working systems. This also helped us separate repeatable product features from custom services.
Startup Space 2025 was one stage of external feedback. We preserve that fact in the overall story without attributing outcomes or partnerships to the program that the sources do not confirm.
The value of competitions for us is the need to explain the problem clearly, demonstrate a working scenario, and answer difficult questions. Public recognition is a checkpoint; the product is ultimately judged by how carefully it fits into a real customer process.
We consolidated the MedicalStartup coverage and clarify the solution boundary: Chota supports communication and routing but does not diagnose or replace a clinician.
A single status page for voice agents, review intelligence, native CRM, and partnership discussions without presenting plans as released features.
