MedicalStartup: what the result confirms and how we define the medical customer workflow

April 10, 2026Updated July 22, 2026

The team received a first-degree MedicalStartup diploma. We explain the confirmed result, the practical workflow, and where a person must remain in control.

Medical customer workflow from a patient inquiry through AI communication and booking to controlled clinic-team handoff

What external publications confirm

The Belarusian Innovation Fund lists the project team and the first-degree diploma. Medvestnik and BSUIR provide further contest context and describe the objective as automating the patient-medical-center interaction cycle.

We consolidated these references on one page instead of maintaining several short retellings of the same sources.

Which part of the workflow Chota can support

In a practical scenario, an agent can answer from approved clinic materials, collect contact details and the purpose of an inquiry, suggest the next administrative step, assist with booking, and hand context to a staff member.

Chota must not interpret symptoms, prescribe treatment, or issue a medical conclusion. Those requests require an explicit refusal path and transfer to a qualified professional.

  • Suitable: administrative information, inquiry preparation, booking, and notifications.
  • Needs controls: personal data, access to medical systems, and action logging.
  • Not for autonomous AI: diagnosis, prescriptions, and clinical decisions.

What we learned from MedicalStartup

A medical scenario is valuable not because of the number of automated messages but because its responsibility boundary is predictable. We therefore begin with a safe administrative segment and expand integrations only after the process owner has reviewed them.
